Semi-Private Coaching

Train alongside a maximum of 4 people at a time, combining both my personal attention and a supportive environment for you to train in.Each person follows their own individualised program while I move between clients, keeping sessions focused and cost-effective (and if you’re the only one booked, you get me for the whole hour).You’ll book 2 sessions per week through my calendar, with current options across three mornings and two evenings. Note that timings are subject to change based on demand.

frequently asked questions

How many days per week do I need to train?

I’ll tailor your program to how many days you can actually commit to. We build around your life, not force unrealistic splits.

Do I need access to a full gym?

Nope. I’ve coached clients using commercial gyms, home setups, and everything in between. I’ll design your program around what you have access to.

What’s the difference between 'Online Coaching' and 'Online Programming'?

Online Coaching includes weekly check-ins, program updates, and ongoing coaching support. This service is ideal for someone new to online training or someone needing regular check ins for accountability.Online Programming has check ins at the end of each training block . This service is best if you're confident training solo and just want a solid program.

What if I’ve got a busy week or miss sessions?

Your program is designed to be flexible—but it’s still up to you to get the work done.Part of my coaching is teaching you how to adapt your training during busy weeks so it still moves you forward. That might mean cutting volume, modifying intensity, or adjusting frequency.This is a long-term game, and your program accounts for real life. Learning how to stack the busy weeks with the good weeks is key for progress.Refunds won’t apply for missed sessions or weeks. You’re paying for the plan, coaching, and support. It’s up to you to make use of it.

Can I switch between tiers later?

Yes. Many clients start with 'Online Coaching' to learn the systems then shift to 'Online Programming' as they gain confidence. You can shift tiers anytime based on your needs.

Do I get form feedback or movement reviews?

If you're on the 'Online Coaching' tier, yes. I’ll review your videos and provide movement cues to help refine technique.

Is there a lock-in contract?

There are no lock-in contracts. All services are billed fortnightly and you’re free to cancel, pause, or change tiers when needed.Just give at least 72 hours' notice before your next billing cycle if you want to make a change.
